Registration

Qualify for the Adaptive Sports USA Junior Nationals at a sanctioned event near you.  The Adaptive Sports USA 2018 Series of Sanctioned Events will be announced early 2019.

When online registration opens in the spring, you will have access to sign up for the event, a classification time slot, clinics, and a meal plan.  If you have a visit to a medical provider scheduled anytime between now the the start of Junior Nationals, get a head start on registration by requesting your medical provider complete your Adaptive Sports USA Junior Nationals_Athlete Physical Exam Form.

Tentative registration dates:  Online Mid April through June 26 .

Late registration (additional fee): June 27 at 12 am EST – July 1 at 11:59 pm EST

Anticipated fees for Junior Nationals within the registration process:

Athlete:  Entry fees will include competition, socials & educational sessions, awards for top finishers, an event program and an event shirt.

1 sport     $50

2 sports     $100

3 sports     $150

4 + sports    $175

Please note:  For the sake of registration, track and field is being considered two different sports.

Meals

Breakfast is not included in the hotel package. Each registrant may purchase a meal plan during the registration process.   Additional meals for family members may be purchased during online registration as well.  Meals not listed on the event schedule are the responsibility of each registrant.

Coach:  Entry fees will include access to coaches’ meetings and printed heat sheets, an event program and an event shirt

Code of Conduct2019 Adaptive Sports USA Junior Nationals_Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is intended to help provide a positive experience for all and applies to the duration of the Adaptive Sports USA Junior Nationals. Adaptive Sports USA and the local organizing committee requires that participants conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner to help maintain a fun and comfortable environment throughout the program. All event participants including athletes (representing them and their families), coaches, classifiers, officials, and the local and national support crew of Adaptive Sports USA and the local organizing committee must read and adhere to the Code of Conduct.  The Code will be signed during the registration process.

Adaptive Sports USA Membership

All registrants of the Adaptive Sports USA Junior Nationals are required to be a member in good standing of Adaptive Sports USA. You can join or renew your membership online at https://adaptivesportsusa.org/membership.
